The KL5XXX system signal conditioning box adopts the standard 19-inch rack-mounted 3U and 4U chassis. The function board uses the blade card structure and the internal backplane ensures that the interface can be placed on the front side of the chassis or the rear side of the chassis. The internal functions of the signal conditioning box enable transparent transmission, photoelectric conversion, digital signal, analog signal, PWM pulse signal, optical fiber and so on. And the signal conditioning box can be used separately from the system.
Because the input and output signals of the current general board are fixed in characteristics, the fixed specifications can not be directly connected with the target equipment. The functions of the signal conditioning box, such as transmission, amplification, attenuation, buffer and isolation, can well match the host computer with the target equipment.
The signal conditioning box of the KL5XXX system fully meets the industrial requirements.

The signal conditioning box of KL5XXX system uses operation amplifier, optocoupler, optical port, network port, isolation, protection and other methods to achieve a variety of digital and analog signal processing and protection. The interface of the signal conditioning box is designed to connect with the standard equipment and the target equipment by using the aviation plug, EDAC, SCSI68 and SCSI100 connectors.
In principle, the KL5XXX system signal conditioner is designed to maximize the performance of the device itself. Digital quantities are isolated by optocouplers, by optocouplers and analog quantites are analog quantities are amplified, attenuated and differentiated by operational amplifiers, which can realize isolation/amplification of small signals, conversion of standard signals, transduction of AC/DC signals and isolation/conversion of frequency and phase signals.
The signal conditioning box of KL5XXX system can realize the functions of digital high and low level, analog amplitude conversion (including current gain and attenuation), PWM pulse signal, photoelectric conversion and digital control.

KL5XXX signal conditioning box adopts universal function board, which can realize different kinds of signal conversion and conditioning with different specifications and requirements.
